Only 8.92% said no, while 12.29% were unsure. The integration of native plants varied, with 36.16% dedicating 25-50% of their garden to local flora, showing a significant trend towards embracing native species.

The trend shows a steady increase year over year, highlighting the rising awareness and popularity of incorporating native species into gardens. Notably, there’s a clear spike in interest each spring, aligning with the planting season when gardeners are most active. This seasonal peak further emphasizes the importance of native plants in planning and designing outdoor spaces.”
